Adrian Whitehall

Music has always been the sole focus of Adrian's life. His parents say he could operate the stereo to hear classical CDs long before he could talk. With some early childhood language difficulties, they worked hard to support his passion for music. Now, a distinction average student of Sydney Conservatorium, Adrian's dream is alive with performance opportunities in the Melbourne and Adelaide Symphony Orchestras. He is using his grant to buy his career double bass. His big goal is to re-establish the Wollongong Symphony Orchestra for an annual event to expose more young people in his community to classical music. For Adrian, music is his first language.
