Geoff is the CEO of Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) and advocates for social enterprise to be the vehicle to unlock autistic talent for large corporations. ASA trains and employs young adults with neurodiverse disabilities to be data analysts and conduct professional services for Australian corporations and government departments. He says that in the next four years Australia will need 6.5million workers with digital skills and many young autistic adults have the talents the tech sector is looking for. Geoff is rapidly expanding his operations, with headquarters in Brisbane and a new centre in Melbourne. He will use the grant to further support the growth of ASA and seed a regional office in Cairns.
