Pathfinders NT, founded by Jessy Hall, provides therapeutic mentoring and social-emotional wellbeing programs for young people in schools and communities around the Northern Territory. Recognising the digital age's challenges, Jessy aims to launch a new youth-led digital app/platform to connect young people to wellbeing information, employment, and educational opportunities.
This app will also provide financial literacy tools and resources to empower young people to support themselves, their families, and friends. By leveraging technology, Jessy intends to facilitate meaningful connections and foster personal growth among the young people in the Northern Territory.
