Overview

Whether donating, fundraising, or volunteering, AMP Foundation amplifies the impact of AMP employees by doubling their contributions to create stronger, more resilient communities.

The program is designed and guided by the AMP Community Action Network (AMPCAN) - a representative group of employees who ensure AMPlifiers reflects the interests and motivations of AMP people.

AMPlifiers' aim is to increase charitable giving and volunteering

  • Donating

We dollar-match AMP employee payroll-giving and specific donation initiatives throughout the year.

  • Fundraising

We dollar match AMP employee individual and team fundraising initiatives.

  • Volunteering

We make a donation to the charities where AMP employees volunteer their time, knowledge and skills.

Some of the charities AMP employees support

  • Eat Up

Eat Up is Australia’s only organisation providing free lunches to students on a national scale.

"Eat Up is an Australian charity tackling food insecurity at school. We bring together corporate, philanthropic and community sectors to create the greatest impact.

AMP employees across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne came together multiple times in 2025 to make sandwiches for hungry kids at school. Together your teams rolled up their sleeves and made a staggering 12,000+ sandwiches, enabling Eat Up to deliver those to the 1 in 3 students needing food relief at school."

  • Oz Harvest

Founded by Ronni Kahn AO in 2004 after noticing the huge volume of food going to waste, OzHarvest has quickly grown to become Australia’s leading food rescue organisation.

"With approx. 130 AMP team members in the kitchen, you collectively created approx. 1,040 nutritious meals, helping us in our mission to nourish our country and support those in need."

  • SuperTee

The Supertee is a medical garment that inspires imagination. It provides parents and hospital staff with an easier way to change their child while accessing or bypassing medical lines.

"Over the past year, AMP has shown consistent commitment to supporting sick and injured children in hospitals all over Australia. Their staff turn up in strong numbers, follow every detail with care, and now run packing events with such skill that they feel effortless.

The precision and passion they bring makes every event memorable, and their support has reached hospitals that often receive very little help. Every pack prepared and every child supported helps bring strength through imagination to children in hospital."
